Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data. All workout data, exercise logs, goals, and preferences you enter in Maxine are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this information, and it is never transmitted to our servers.

Analytics

Maxine does not use any third-party analytics services. The only analytics data that may be collected is through Apple's built-in App Analytics, which Apple provides to developers in aggregated and anonymized form. This data helps us understand general usage trends but does not identify individual users. You can opt out of sharing this data with developers in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

In-App Purchases

Maxine offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store, processed via RevenueCat. When you make a purchase:

• Apple acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment.
• RevenueCat manages purchase validation and entitlements on our behalf.
• We do not receive or store your payment details, credit card information, or billing address.
• Purchase receipts are validated anonymously to unlock features in the app.

Data Storage and Security

Your workout data is stored exclusively on your device. If you use iCloud backup, your app data may be included in your device backup according to your iCloud settings. We have no access to your iCloud data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups.

Children's Privacy

Maxine is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of us holding children's information.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU residents have certain rights regarding personal data. Since Maxine does not collect or process any personal data, these rights do not apply in practice. However, if you have any questions or concerns, you may contact us.
